When I use Storage Access Framework ghost commander freezes then crashes.

How do we do this? If Ghost Commander can't get write access the SD card on a non rooted device, its utility is quite limited.

Jim Tonti,
What do you mean? The permission for a full access to sdcard is requested by the application, without that the user won't even be able to access the inner emulated "sdcard" volume. But access to a physically inserted sdcard is strictly forbidden to all not system applications and allowed only through the SAF hole. Did I miss something? -

SAF does not provide anywhere close to the access available by implementing the permission "Modify or delete SD card contents". Please consider adding this permission for Android versions that support it. Please look into this!

I so require this on Android Nougat.

Please use the "Storage Access Framework" mode to operate files on external SD card
