2. Unpack to separate subfolder

   When unpacking an archive need an option to unpack it in subfolder. For example when I download new music album which compressed in zip I first need to create folder with desired name and then make extraction in this folder. Might be good idea to add folder detection to not create one manually.
   PS. This ability exists in Total Commander for android.

3. Sort directories by size when sorting files by size.

   Similar to UNIX: du -sh * | sort -hr

   This may be slow, so it can be done by having a low-priority background thread calculate directory sizes and update the list asynchronously only if the user hasn't moved on to some other directory.

4. improve using more external sdcards

   Hi,
   I am not sure if this is the right place for a patch. It improves using more than one external sdcard (or otg flash disk). In the list on home screen you can see the block id of the partition and SAF can be used to access multiple partition at once. My use case is simply to copy files from otg flash disk to sdcard or vice versa. Could you, please, implement something like this?

5. Add optional hash checking/confirmation upon Copy and Move

   I'm (still...) looking for an Android file manager that will generate/compare hashes of files and directories, to confirm that files and directories copied correctly to an OTG USB drive. Better yet if such would optionally integrate with the copy and move actions; with move, the source file/directory would only be removed if the hashes match.

   Haven't found this functionality, yet. (I've only found "one file at a time" apps/functionality having a lot of cumbersome clicking and copy/pasting.)

   Mentioning, just in case the idea appeals to you.

   My primary use case: I got the largest Pixel storage memory size I could, at the time, but I still run low while out and about. (For example, when backcountry hiking where I'm not going to take a laptop.) I would like to be sure that especially my videos and pictures copied correctly to the USB drive, before I delete them from the Pixel. Or/and before a "move" action automatically deletes them.

   Any pointers to extant apps with such functionality would also be appreciated -- not meaning to take away from this feature request.

6. WebDAV: Allow HTTP (at least for local servers)

   The WebDAV Plugin currently doesn't support HTTP servers because every attempt (adding http:// and/or just setting the port or editing the entry in favorites) reverts the entry to HTTPS and adds the http:// part to the path.

   Would be nice to have a possibility to add an HTTP-WebDAV - at least on a local network.

9. fix this behaviour

   Try this : select a file, choose "4 Edit", modifiy the file, wait for tablet sleeping, wake up, save the file, a message confirms "Cannot save the file", so you lost modifications if tablet goes in sleeping before you save it. (Ghost Commander v1.50.1 on Motorola MZ601 running Android v4.04)

11. User Guide webpage have white background option. Wasting black ink stops me from printing info I need to operate app.

    The black background on the webpage for User Guide isn't practical because it waste ink printing the black background. You don't have to change the initial pages just make a link to webpages with white background Nd black lettering.

    Sorry ... if I posted this on the wrong board. I didn't know where else to post that would get the proper attention. Though my post does have to do with Ghost Commander user issues.

17. Add an option to have Editor in "open with" dialog for text files

    I would like to have Editor in the list of apps when I open text files.
    There is only Viewer available.
    Another option could be implementing the requested feature "Direct switch from text viewer to editor". Then we would be able to open in Viewer and to switch later to Editor.

19. Sliding menu: bottom menu line should be swiped by page. The best example for this is Apex Launcher, which has a - sliding "Dock" feature.
